Dark Arts is a blending, rebarreling, and finished house in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, with a process that is anything but ordinary. Sip on a Tucson exclusive barrel pick that was finished in orange wine cask.

Smokeye Hill Barrel Proof Bourbon:

As a regional whiskey of the southwest Smokeye Hill proudly features blue corn in the mash bill. This heirloom grain is renowned for its sweet, floral & nutty flavor.

Barrell Bourbon New Year 2025:

A blend of 8 bourbons from 8 different states. A gentle cask influence underlies the palate while it builds on the diversity of fruit and herbs. An initial note of candied pineapple hints at a tropical depth revealed only with a splash of water.

Yuu Baal Pechuga:

A traditional pechuga mezcal that is made with agave Espadin. Between the second and third distillation, a raw turkey breast is hung in the still and fresh fruits are added as well. This technique leaves this mezcal with a wide range of scents and tastes.
