Agua del Sol is a premium, small-batch artisanal mezcal brand created by Félix Hernández Monterrosa and Adriana Correa, founders of CUISH. The project highlights traditional, non-certified mezcals produced by various maestros mezcaleros using both wild and cultivated agaves.
